1 What is gift registration

Gift registration is a functionality in LS Central that can register a list of items, a gift registry, for a specific customer.

 

When shoppers are buying gifts in the store they can

• Check which items have not been bought from the list to ensure that the they are not buying the same gift for the person receiving the gifts

• Register the item/items they are buying to the specific gift list to ensure that other people buying gifts for the person can be aware of what has been bought

 

Prior to all this LS Central needs to be configured for this functionality and the gift registry needs to be entered into LS Central.

The store can then prepare a special discount related to the specific gift list.
